Hodko made it in because I made the banner and fuck you guys Smile

That Hodko made the banner it means he is more valuable to my trade game team.

Any chance of an update to the forum banner. James Roberts in a Broncos jersey would be ideal.

Any chance that the NFL and Cricket can have their own sub-folders in 'Other Sports' ?

Yeah, I think the intention was to do this eventually Dready. There will be a bit more tinkering with the forum early in the new year.

As SI said they are in the works, basically if there is enough activity to warrant it I will add other sports in a similar way as the "Rugby League" area.

I don't know how widespread the feeling is, nor do I have any comprehension of the level of time/difficulty involved in setting up individual sub-folders, but that is a 'chicken or egg' situation for mine.

Maybe it's just my middle-aged OCD, but atm the "Other Sports" area is a bit of a clusterfuck. I personally would've started a few threads [and discussed other OPs threads] on the NFL had it had it's own area - but due to said OCD - I'm not inclined to add to the heretofore mentioned clusterfuck.

Despite Sportal's many failings, it's set-up was ideal and made it very easy to avoid even looking at discussions on subjects that the individual has absolutely NO interest in - for me that's Basketball and Horse Racing - both of which I rather gouge out my eyeballs and replace them with hot toffee apples than discuss.

    Just a thought.

IMO the less sub forums the better. Especially whilst we are still a growing place. No point creating an entire sub-forums to hold 2-3 threads.

The majority of people coming here are used to reading everything in a single thread. No need to go completely nuts with extra posting options

As an aside, I do my of my browsing through the 'posts since last visit' button. So I don't even notice what sub-forum I'm in half the time

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but after logging into this website for the first time from a new phone the layout was an old style (assuming mobile version) and I had to click to change over to the more user friendly IMO layout. I just think the actual website layout is better and will in turn attract more users in the long run.

That is fair enough I know I do that for my own as well. I recall a few users who are mobile specific users. If they want to chime in and let us know whether running the default website is effective or they use the mobile website.

I was getting crappy ads on mobile version, so I just use the normal layout even on mobile.

Mobile may look pretty but doesn't have the functionality
