I've noticed a few teams with SST or Arrow in their 2fr. This means you are playing 3 props in your starting 13. These 2 will be playing prop & their minutes will probably be 50-55. I would rather have them lined up in the frf & getting a 2fr that will play longer minutes.

If Whitehead averages around 50 in a best case scenario, he only makes around 100k. There is also so many 2RFs this year with major cash potential like RFM, Griffen, Kikau, Arrow etc. All they have to do is average 40 and they make 150k+ easily. If you want a solid gun player and have cash then I would prefer Brown since he is undervalued due to injuries and his first few games last season. I would rate Merrin above him too.

That makes total sense mate. I have RFM, Griffin, Arrow, maybe Murray and will find room for Kikau. Have Merrin already. Might bite the bullet and downgrade Murray for now to Kikau to get Brown.

Pick 2 of these 3 (just for @Fortitude)

    - Site crashes 40min before kickoff tonight (just as a major bombshell is announced in final team lists)
    - A small group of fantasy coaches find an exploit in the new interface and game the system.
    - The algorithm for the ranked emergencies works completely differently to what Fanhub has said it will.

Thinking that too. Taupau more PODish than Merrin and if he doesn't start well he's an easy switch round to someone like Fifita/Brown/Surgess/JTurbo

Like it. I've settled on this team with $59K spare.

Could change Croft to Cronk/Moses/Townsend (round 13 player) or Kennar to Hiku but don't see it as money well spent. Thoughts?

Welcome mate that's a cracking starting 13. Your reserves McKendry, Croker & Havili could be low scorers & I would probably play Kikau over McKendry. If you want to raise cash I would probably downgrade Gallen because I wouldn't want both Fifita & Gallen. Also with Gallen's age will he get the same minutes. He should be fit though will all the boxing training he does. If you need more cash I would probably downgrade Rapana as I'm not sure how the Raiders will start the season. True they have a great start to the season but I have my doubts.

Thanks White Lightening! So Austin will chew up Havili's minutes then you reckon? Makes sense I guess.

And, yep, I've only got $9k left, ha!, so will revise Gallen [that's going to be tough though, love the ole' basterd]  and Rapana - and Kikau over McKendry, Got it!

    This is fun!!!

Minutes don't matter, it's the score they get. Most 80 min 2nd rowers score 45 points or less. Its the big minute gun locks that score the most in the second row. I'm slating Arrow for 40 points and TKO for 45+. They are both underpriced and TKO has potential to score very well with Goalkicking.

    My guess is the exploit.

So Kikau into 17 or 21? I think it's a legit strategy to not have WFB/C cover, but you might want a bit of cash up your sleeve early to trade your way out of trouble there? Early thoughts, still getting my head around the system.

I thought it was less of a rumour and more of the coaching being quoting saying that is exactly what will happen.
If its up to Inglis, surely it will happen sooner rather than later too.
