For me he definitely is. I need a cash out in the halves, and if there's one who can score me a few points too, then that's a bonus.

I figured having a little bit of hope is better than hating the whole situation completely. We'll just have to wait and see if he gets close to being worth what he's getting.

What a massive conundrum. I have both Nrown and Mcguire. I was originally going to trade out Josh for James Graham. Should I now hold Mcguire and trade Nrown to Graham instead?

I want to cash out Kelly, which Brown can help with if I move walker and cotric. Doesn't seem to be anything else?

    No? Just me?

We did Vegemite. After that I can't be bothered watching Masterchef any more, so thus I traded a Cook for a Friend.

I have 16 for this round.
Select VC that plays before C. It doesn't work if you don't do this.
Leave a a non-playing non-reserve to change you're captain to if your VC scores better than you think your Captain will. Then sit Captain on the bench as a non-player.

Brown being out for god knows how long has completely fucked my plans. I've kept FIfita but if I keep Brown also and he's not back next week, my front row next week will be Wallace and Yates or I'll have to hold Kaufusi and play him. Fucking hell, this pisses me off. Didn't want to use 3 trades this week, but might have to and get rid of Brown for Graham.

Might take the Gamble with Friend as Captain and go vice Gallen or more ballsy Chrichton

With news of Brown out I have decided to trade him. Costly 2 trades but that's life.
Means I keep Fifita and get Taumalolo next week so just means they make up the points next week, fingers crossed

Fuck you Brown. I was going to get a JDB or Lolo next week but might just go Brown to Graham next week if Graham gets through a full game. I don't see Brown coming back for a few weeks, but who knows.

Probably a dumb question, but I'm finding it tough to get rid of Ponga. Would anyone spend 50K to upgrade Kelly to Semi as opposed to downgrading Ponga to Semi? Kind of wanted to go Ponga to Nofo in 15 if he doesn't play, which he won't.

exact conundrum im having with graham/brown.

points beat cash - but up until what point?

i just cant see graham busting out 72 this week, so even with a respectable 50-odd he's still dropping a tonne of cash but on the hand your getting the points in a bye round which is kinda invaluable. whats general consensus around here?

edit: im giving up on this for tonight and going to bed, hurts my brain and i want to avoid the oncoming vegemite nipple avalanche.

Mcguire>Brown before Rd 9 seemed like a brilliant move at the time
