2017 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 33

My initial trade thoughts are:
Yates out - Crichton in (via McGuire)
Lamb out - K-Nik in

Smith (Cook)
Fifita, McGuire, Wallace, F. Kaufusi
JDB, Surgess, Crichton, Hess, Winterstein (CHN)
SJ, K-Nik (Jacks, Field)
Cotric, Talakai (Kelly, Idris)
Slater, RTS, Ponga (R. Jennings, Abbey)

I have 2 questions re my above line up:
(a) Last reserve = Winterstein or Cook. I've gone Winterstein due to his current form & left Cook in the npr's due to the Farah factor.
(b) Play Talakai or Kelly in my ctrs. It's not that I have a new found confidence in Talakai it's rather because Kelly will get destroyed by Leipana.

He has a high ppm so if he gets 30-40 mins from the bench he should match that in his score. There's also a chance he could even start with a bit of doubt over the fitness of JFH & Carty.

If CHN replaces Hiku on the bench, cant seen him playing more than 20 minutes barring injury to the forwards.

Latu, Browne & Leota are waiting in the wings for similar opportunity.

CHN's PPM is inflated by the fact he's scored 2 tries in his 3 games so far.

I wouldn't be that confident in him going gangbusters off the bench

Yip agreed, kelly could get destroyed and Talakai is up against Moga who isnt the best defender

I dunno Milch, someone from the Panthers has to score the points, not seeing a lot of volunteers lol

Will fifita play origin? Is that a definite?

Looking to trade in fifita over Ryan James or is there a better candidate for FRF, already have JWH, Wallace and Fuafusi

Sironen to Stone or Talaki to BJ ?

I'm probably going to miss out on BJ as i can't do a center upgrade for another few weeks but might be able to pick up Croker instead when he bottoms out. Still a good alternative?

Croker was the better pick last year for the run in. Hoping the same is true this year

Based on recent form Tolman and JGraham are up there.

Im tossing up bringing in BJ or Whitehead this week. I think BJ will score more this weekend, but whitehead a better long term prospect.

Thinking Yates >> Whitehead is better option than Cotric >> BJ (which is all I can afford unless I do Ponga to BJ via Cotric)

If Lepiana go berserk Whitehead on same edge surely benefits.
