Mate i shit you not, I've been my own worse enemy this year. Just trying to avoid the what could have been's as it gets you no where. Like thinking about my other two trades of TRD and Hoare.... affraid Bang gun .
All good fun though... right!?!!?! RIGHT!!?!

Ok, so i might go Norman, but if you were to choose another top half not named SJ, Norman or Walker (because i know you've got him already), who would you pick?

I haven't even made poor trades just missing SJ/Norman killed me for 2 rounds, missing Wallace hurts and the earl McGuire pick for teams looks good

Most teams do have the Smith/Brialy combo mind so I'm hoping I can make ground back when they start upgrading/downgrading to get Brailey out

I would go Norman, Norman then Norman

But otherwise I would look at Hunt, plays R12

could go siro > hess (gets rid of that fuck head, leaves me with 142k) or ET to Hess (banks another 35k for the brailey trade and leaves me at 262k)

could ignore hess completely which seems sensible but i want him badddd

waffling here but are any brailey owners still wanting to get whitehead/JBROM in when they bottom out or just ignoring them with brailey being the bigger priority?

Instead of my planned Munster>Mannering trade with some of the war chest I had set aside I've done Munster>Whitehead. Still get a gun 2rf playing round 12 but leaves me with plenty of cash to grab McInnes for Brailey next week

The only thing that makes me feel better about my awful ranking is that I'm happy with my team and have banked 3 trades. Not wasting trades chasing the flavour of the week is important in the lead up to bye rounds

Something tells me to captain Fifita this week but I don't feel confident doing it until he has scored a 60

I won't captain him but I feel a 60+ score isn't far away. He looked really good against the Dragons & was unlucky not to get a try.

It feels like this is a game where the Storm may get tripped up and Cam ends up with a <60 score.

I bet Suli bags a double playing as an NPR in my squad after the rubbish he has produced the last 2 weeks Mad

Cotric owners are you playing him against the Broncos. He's up against Kahu so hopefully Croker can set him up for a try.

Moses is going to be a nice little upgrade for Elgey in 3 weeks. Was going to get Conor Watson in close to origin at base price but now hes probably starting hooker this week, will put an end to that.

Thinking of going Sironen to Capewell this week, then will upgrade a cash cow back next week or the week after to Whitehead and move Smat down.

Problem will be my 4th reserve from Capewell, Frankenstein, Elgey, Kelly, Moga, Suli, TRD for this week. Going to bypass midrangers such as Chricton and AFB.

    Leaves team for this week

    Smith McInnes
    Fifita, Faufusi
    McGuire, Wallace, Smat, Yates
    Norman, Johnson, Jacks
    DWalker, Cotric
    Turbo, RTS, Ponga

4th reserve from Capewell, Frankenstein, Elgey, Kelly, Moga, Suli, TRD?

Is PKaufusi worth getting in for either Musgrove or Sironen. Bank some cash and get a starting front rower. He'll keep that spot surely.

Lot of people trading Siro this week...as an 80min backrower i still think he has another $50-60k in him.

Thinking of playing him over Moga. The thing is him and Croker are up against Roberts and Kahu, with Roberts not a very good defensive player. Think he could go well hitting the ball up on that side, also Matt Gillete loves a missed tackle aswell along with Bunt.

I need a downgrade to strengthen my fullbacks by getting Ponga vs Titans. Should score well. Siro fit the bill and will make less money from here for the next two/three weeks unless he learns how to tackle. With Taupau back I need to clear out Siro and Frankenstein as they won't play 80 mins I don't think.

Got me thinking, should I downgrade Frankenstein instead of Sironen to Capewell and play Sironen this week.

EDIT: also with Whitehead and BThompson becoming cheap, its not always whether they have 30K left but when is the best time to jump on a fallen gun.

Despite his flaws he is still a 70min backrower so there is potential & security there. Capewell & Pongas job security is questionable.

Also Taupau & AFB back should stiffen up the defense and thus reduce the need for Siro to tackle so much. (Thats how i've rationalized keeping that dopey eyed prick)

I'm going to go Hayne > Ponga makes a lil bit of cash and scored well in a beaten side. Should be good
