I might be barking up the wrong tree here, but ... there's no superstars in the side are there? Tedesco and Woods gone, Marshal and Matulino getting older, etc?

Might that not be a good thing? It was the Bunj and Farrah show there years ago, and then the "big 4".

What I'm saying is may the team will pull together and stop waiting for someone to Benji" it up, and put in across the board next year?

Hopefully next year is better but as a Tigers supporter I've said this at the end of every failed campaign before, lets hope for a better 2018.

I think your best signing this years is the coach.

The Reynolds influence will be interesting but fair point.

    PALMER BACK IN TIGERLAND

Veteran rugby league trainer Ronnie Palmer says he could’ve stayed with Parramatta, but a job offer from Ivan Cleary was simply too good to refuse.

Palmer played for Balmain in the early 1970s, before forging a successful career as a trainer.

He spent 24 years at the Roosters before working with Penrith and the Eels.

Another defector to those bloody Roosters
