I have ruled out Hunt, Bird, Moloney, Koroisau, Morgan, Widdop, Smith, Sutton and Hodkinson from this list.

Trent Hodkinson first picked for Honeysett's Super Happy Summertime Kids.

It all depends on price, but for me, Maloney, Hastings, a rey and thurton, with the hope Maloney goes big early and Johnson struggles to allow me to make an upgrade.

The rest of your team will suffer if you try and fit Maloney, JT and ARey in there.

I'll probably start with one of Rey and DCE, maybe JT if I think he'll start where he left off, then a mid ranger, Hastings and a cheapie. If it all works out price wise

Not necessarily, for all we know fuckhub could change the pricing/discounting structure. It's not like they have a reputation for changing the game for the better.

I think i'll be trying to start with Arey, DCE and Hastings. I'll let my centres suffer as i do every year

Other than being a halve what is needed to get on the list ? Is this just the top 17 ? so we are only discussing our gun half positions ?

Discuss any half you want here gun/mid ranger/cheapie.

Everyone will have Hastings.
If he starts round 1 everyone will have Ash Taylor. If he doesn't start i think a few people will get him anyway.

Agreed.  But can't believe how good he looked in some footage a couple of days ago in rehab.  Jinking and shuffling at half pace.  Didn't think he'd be barely walking at this stage.  Unless it's those dastardly Kiwi's trolling us with footage from last season.

I will wait and see on SJ based on the nines. If he plays and looks good he may be worth a 2nd half option alongside someone like DCE to give your team a top level POD to start the season with and one that many may not be able to afford until later in the season.

When is the 9's on again? Pretty sure NRL Fantasy was open for the year by the time the 9's started.

Pretty sure was open around Australia Day the last couple of years.  VSDT opened about a week before Fantasy this year from memory.  9's early Feb but what happens with Dick Smith going under?  Assuming the sponsorship money would have been secured months and months ago.
