Yeah really good to see new guys signing up especially over the offseason. Just a heads up you might get more feedback
on your questions. On to your main question however.
I am pretty sure Shaun Johnson has goal kicking duties locked down at the Warriors unless there has been rumours or reports of something changing for that matter.
On regards to Luke himself (Unfortunately I don't have the stat sheet @Milchcow has done up handy.) However he did have a poor season last year. Through some personal issues so if he catches fire as he has done in previous years he could be an option. At the same time C. King looking to start for the Eels means that you could be cutting out on a cashcow everyone else will have. That or you would be ditching C. Smith.

Luke did alright out of goalkicking, his average went from 44 to 52 when he took over the kicking.
Which wasn't just goal kicks, his game time went up from 67 to 77 minutes a game at the same time.
Priced at 48, so if he if going to continue playing big minutes, and kick goals then certainly worth a look.
I suspect that Cam King might be a trap, so I am on the look out for a value partner for Cam Smith
