I keep hearing about how attacking the Jets are but don't get to see Q cup anymore. Are they really that good?

Yes, they look tremendous. The Jets/Pride final was an incredible match. Some of the most amazing tries I have seen in any game in any grade. Take that 1 awesome try that happens every few rounds in the NRL and basically the Jets scored 3 of them in that final. There are some highlights packages getting around but not sure if they really do it justice outside of the context of the game.

The standout for me over the last couple of games has been Carlin Anderson. He looks like he could be a superstar.

As SI said, the Jets have been amazing to watch. Short kickoffs, attacking footy, offload city limits.

Jets will win this game by 30.

In much the same way that college style football doesnt translate to the NFL, I dont think itll go well in the NRL, but its good to watch in the QCup.

No, short kickoffs all day err day. And they dont lie in the ruck, they get the tackled player up straight away. Fast paced defence, its great to watch.

And Rod Griffin is a fucking machine. I wonder if he will get a crack at NRL with the interchange decision.

Oh ok. Great signing. But the few games I've seen I think he has to be at fullback so you may not be able to hold onto him if he is stuck behind Wayne Jr.

Wouldnt be the first time we had multiple fullbacks in the starting lineup.

He's got an error or 2 in him so would want him to be able to outshine that by his running brilliance. Dubious as to whether you could slot him in on the wing.

I thought the Jets style football would be very different, but its pretty simple with a lot of inside balls.

The Knights took a few bad options (mainly knocking back penalty goals early 2nd half) but i think the biggest turner in the game was when the refs missed the Jets no16 run in as 5th man and punch Mamo from behind, should have been sent off. A couple of minutes later the Knights have a try called back for a forward pass that looked fine.

The Jets ability to hold up the knights twice in what looked certain trys was great to watch.

Best thing the Jets do is make the opponents think about what they are going to do.
