It is early in the season boys, don't blow those gif libraries yet.

Also @Bronchose if you right click an image and select "copy image address" then paste that into your message with [ img]before it and [ /img] at the end it will post the gif. (Without the space) or select insert image and paste the url there.

I think the only guarantees in my team are Smith, Idris, RTS and Hayne.

Lots of tinkering to do before rd 1 kickoff

agreed. General question: Who is the one player you really want that you just can't seem to find space for? For me it is Taane Milne. Just gut feeling he will be a high scoring centre, but it is hard to justify his price (which is actually pretty fair tbh) with all those cheap centres available. Still working hard to squeeze him in. Something of a POD too.

Any update on Holmes being injured? I thought he hurt something during the Sharks v Broncos trial.

Noooo, don't talk about Chambers. He is priced too close to Milne, you will give me a heart attack if it turns out I can miraculously afford one of them and have to choose!

Low grade hamstring strain or some crap. If he's not right for round one I think round two the most

Could be something of a POD if he isn't named round 1 and people do not want to trust a cash cow in the 17. Most people will switch to French i would say.

Thoughts on news Slater might not be fit for R1

He has been training all pre season has he not? started contact training same time as everyone else ...
surely if he is not ready for R1 he won't be good to go all season

How many players do you have currently at $143k or less? (This is to avoid the Idris selections)

I currently have 7 but I see that changing.
